Here's a simple recipe for bruschetta with tomatoes and basil:

Ingredients:

4 large tomatoes
1 bag of mozzarella
1 bunch of fresh basil
2 garlic cloves
4 slices of bread (for example, a baguette)
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preparation of ingredients:

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
Cut the mozzarella into thin slices or small cubes.
Chop the basil leaves finely.
Chop the garlic finely.
Bread preparation:

Fry the slices of bread on the grill or in the oven until golden brown.
Preparation of tomato mix:

In a deep bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and garlic.
Drizzle with olive oil and stir.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Supply:

Put the cooked tomato mix on the fried slices of bread.
Serve the bruschetta warm, sprinkled with fresh basil.
If desired, you can additionally add a drop of olive oil before serving.
